Mr. Berkeley has sued some of the largest if not the largest website search engines, social media websites/apps and review websites for doctors, other professionals and business owners and has been successful in obtaining the removal of false and defamatory reviews.  Mr. Berkeley has also assisted business owners and professionals in regaining control of websites which have been stolen from them and social media accounts which have been improperly removed or taken down.
